How did that happen? Yesterday it was winter. Today the trees are full of blossom. Now that’s a pleasant surprise.

I hate you! When I look out the window all I see is snow, snow, and more snow... and I just picked up another bag of melting salt from the hardware store this morning.
This year the first day of Spring is the day after my birthday. Usually it falls on my birthday, giving me at least one thing to look forward to, as aging another year is nothing to celebrate (unless you count NOT seeing your name in the obituaries).
Can you send some of that spring over here, please??
