My first go at selling some old stuff, my recently redundant mobile phone and on the last day of its auction, I’ve watched (yes watched in real time) its price climb to a princely £43.10. It’s an amazing thing. I got the phone for nothing. I’m now selling it. Something for nothing. It’s a miracle. I’m changing career. No sod that. Immediately after stripping my home of everything saleable, I’m retiring.
